I had a great experience at Car Store USA East! Instead of having to work through several people to purchase a vehicle, I worked directly with one person, which made the experience more approachable. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and have great customer service. All of them would take great care of anyone walking through those doors, but I have to shout out Darion for helping me get my RAV4! Thank you so much for answering any question that popped into my head and making sure I drove away with a vehicle I love.

Tony was straightforward and knew his vehicles pretty well...which based on the amount of cars on the lot was impressive. The dealer was willing to work with my PAL overall and didn't give any major fuss over it and didn't give a hard push for any of their extras, just offered them. Great experience overall. Got myself a F150 Platinum at a great price.

Jimmy did an amazing job at CarUSA. Very low pressure, willing to work to meet my needs and even brought a car over from another lot. Jamie and him worked together with my bank very smoothly. I looked at other lots and even had a car picked out, however me working directly with my bank was an issue for many of them. The needed to have total control. Jamie made the process very easy, talked with my banker on the phone, worked out an agreement and had everything ready to go the same night. Great experience!!!!!! Kim W.

They had a 2008 explorer for sell. I called and talked to Keven. Told him I had cash and he gave me a great deal. Ended up buying the same day. They made buying easy and fast. I highly recommend this dealership. Definitely the best experience buying a used vehicle I have ever had. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
